Associate Media Director Full-time
Method1 is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a talented Associate Media Director to join our amazing team! This role is all about driving media strategy, planning, and buying for indulgence brands while leading a dynamic team of media planners, buyers, and platform specialists. You’ll develop, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns, including CTV, sports sponsorships, display, video, audio, native, and DOOH, among others.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate to develop and execute tailored media strategies that align with the unique needs of luxury and indulgence brands.
- Manage and optimize client media investments exceeding $10M, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results across diverse channels.
- Present innovative media strategies, plans, and POVs through compelling presentations and well-structured documentation, showcasing your expertise to clients and stakeholders.
Campaign Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across CTV, paid social, programmatic, paid search, display, video, audio, native, and DOOH.
- Define clear programmatic strategies to ensure seamless campaign launches and consistent performance optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, providing insights on emerging media technologies, platforms, and opportunities to elevate client campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage real-time campaign data to refine performance and maximize ROI, ensuring clients’ goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting on campaign performance at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals, providing actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support programmatic teams in managing campaigns across platforms like TradeDesk, DV360, Amazon Advertising, and more.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor media planners, buyers, and platform specialists, ensuring they deliver high-quality work while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Encourage cross-discipline collaboration with creative partners, behavioral scientists, and client brand teams to create cohesive and innovative campaigns.
- Inspire your team to stay ahead of industry trends and push the boundaries of what’s possible in media planning and analytics.
What You Bring:
Experience & Leadership
- 5–10+ years of proven expertise in media strategy, planning, and analytics, with a focus on delivering impactful campaigns for luxury and indulgence brands.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams of 5+ media professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Experience managing large-scale media budgets ($10M+), with a history of driving measurable results for high-profile clients.
- Multi-channel expertise across both traditional and digital platforms, with a passion for exploring innovative media solutions and participating in beta programs.
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong foundation in media math and campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Analytics, and platforms like TradeDesk, DV360, and Amazon Advertising, Doubleverify, Flashtalking/MediaOcean, MyTelescope, MRI, Vivvix/Kanar/MediaRadar, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to deliver persuasive client presentations and produce polished reports.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand marketing, including premium audience targeting, brand equity enhancement, and crafting campaigns that embody elegance and exclusivity.
- Enthusiasm for driving innovation, embracing cutting-edge media technologies, and exceeding client expectations.
- A genuine passion for the Food & Beverage and indulgence categories, with an eye for creating prestige-oriented campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking new ways to solve problems, optimize processes, and elevate team performance.
